ACCESS TO WISERADVISER TRAINING

Registering on the Wiseradviser website will give you access to our virtual classroom training, e-learning, live webinars, webinar recordings and discussion forums.

Eligibility criteria

Once registered on Wiseradviser you can access our free training. For more information take a look at the eligibility criteria.

For your registration to be approved you must be:

  • working or volunteering for a not-for-profit organisation giving free debt advice, that is:
    • a registered charity
    • a member of AdviceUK
    • or you must have individual membership of the Institute of Money Advisers (this applies to council employees).

You must also provide your organisations FCA authorisation number to confirm your organisation is authorised to give debt advice.

We may be able to provide organisations not authorised by the FCA with limited access to introductory training to help with signposting to debt advice. Please contact us to find out more.

Please allow 3 to 4 working days for the approval of your registration.
