Wiseradviser is a fab resource and as a new debt adviser I have found the e-learning modules a great help as I can do them in my own time and own pace plus revisit modules as a refresher. It is my go to resource and I always recommend it to others.
I thought the tutor and her knowledge was excellent. Being able to ask questions and get tips from someone with so many years experience was invaluable. It really helped piece together how a call would work beyond the practical knowledge and she provided with advice about how to phrase things / reassure / get info from clients.
I am very new to debt advice, so the Introduction to debt advice course was reassuring and gave helpful advice. I feel more able to go forward with becoming a support worker than before.
