Lyndsey Humphries
Head of Training and Consultancy, Money Advice Trust
Lyndsey leads on strategy of the Wiseradviser programme and partnership work with funders and advice sector organisations, as well as managing the team. With years of experience in training and organisational development, Lyndsey ensures our training remains relevant and effective in supporting debt advisers.
Lynne Jones
Training and Development Manager
Lynne manages and delivers the induction training programme for our advisers at National Debtline and Business Debtline, part of the Money Advice Trust. Lynne is also responsible for writing and updating many of our courses as our in-house Subject Matter Expert, such as our Consumer Credit Act E-learning and Universal Credit E-learning.
Marina Gallagher
Debt Advice Trainer and Subject Matter Expert (freelance)
Marina has created and delivered many of our webinars, getting information to advisers quickly on hot topics. She previously worked for Citizens Advice Specialist Support team supporting advisers with complex cases.
Mark Newbury
Debt Advice Trainer (freelance)
Mark has worked with us on the full range of our support for advisers. He develops and updates our E-learning, delivers virtual sessions and webinars and has moderated our Universal Credit discussion forum on, responding to advisers posts with his expert knowledge.
Robyn Azam
Debt Advice Trainer (freelance)
Robyn delivers many of our virtual courses including our Recovering Financial Penalties in the Magistrates Court, and Debts in the County Court. Robyn continues to work in a specialist debt advice role in a charity, so she is able to share experiences in our sessions to bring the training to life.
