We are pleased to announce Wiseradviser has achieved City & Guilds Assured quality mark for its debt advice induction training programmes.
The City & Guilds quality benchmark gives advisers and organisations confidence that Wiseradviser training meets high standards set by a recognised training body. Our programmes Assured by City & Guilds can help you improve your knowledge and provide opportunities for career progression in the debt advice sector.
There are 2 programmes available:
- Triage Debt Advice 4 week programme - This programme equips advisers with comprehensive and accurate knowledge required for a Triage Debt Adviser role
- Specialist Debt Advice 11 week programme - This programme equips advisers with comprehensive and accurate knowledge required for a Specialist Debt Adviser role.
Both accredited training programmes use a mix of blended learning which is made up of virtual or face-to-face sessions run by a cohort lead, Wiseradviser virtual courses including pre-course work and online assessments and Wiseradviser e-learning courses with online assessments.
