Our new e-learning module Advising Small Business Owners and Self-Employed will help you to analyse your client’s business situation to ensure they receive the correct level of advice so that you can confidently support your self-employed clients. The course should take about 1 hour 30 minutes to complete and consists of two modules which cover:
- Introduction to advising self-employed clients
- Priorities for self-employed clients
The e-learning covers various topics including, examples of different self-employed clients and their debts, advice on priority debts, tax liabilities and arrear as well as guidance on how to complete a business budget sheet and what to bear in mind when advising on business energy and water arrears.
