This is the third in a series of four webinars focusing on giving practical debt advice for the self-employed following the impact of Covid-19.

The webinar covers: 

  • action landlords can take regarding unpaid business rent arrears including commercial rent arrears recovery (CRAR) and forfeiture 
  • support available to a client who has business rent debts that have built up because the business was forced to close as a result of the pandemic; and 
  • issues where self-employed clients have been notified of an overpayment of the Self-Employed Income Support Scheme (SEISS) grant.
