We have delivered eight one-hour webinars for Debt Advice Supervisors in 2023, covering key supervisor skills, including ‘Spotlight on Mindfulness’, ‘The Secrets of Confidence’ and ‘Giving and Receiving Feedback’.

One trainee said: “The training was very professionally delivered, and Will was very clear and an excellent presenter. As a Supervisor I feel much more confident in giving feedback using the Situation, Action, Impact, Do (SAID) model. It was great to be put into groups to share experiences with others.”
